Take an invigorating and scenic mountain bike ride from historical Shirley Heights where you will experience
breathtaking and enchanting views over English Harbour, Nelson Dockyard and the nearby island from
this 18th century building.

This insightful ride will take you pass fortified barracks and rampart where
once red-coats stood sentry, and finally to the Nelson Dockyard
(British Naval Headquarters for the leeward Island) with it's massive brick building,
huge iron cauldrons and museum filed with artifacts.

After a brief tour, you will be shuttle to the park's beautiful beach
for a swim and complimentary lunch.
